Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an experienced bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee a portfolio of pre-litigation matters from post-intake through settlement. You will manage medical treatment coordination, client communications in English and Spanish, and collaborates with attorneys to move cases efficiently.

The role is on-site at our Henderson, Nevada office. Expect to handle roughly 70–80 active cases, with potential to expand to 100 as processes scale; prior PI experience

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience managing pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with case-management software and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Litigation Case Management: manage cases from post-intake through pre-litigation settlement.
• Medical Management: monitor treatment, referrals, and medical records.
• Client Communication: provide regular updates in English and Spanish.
• Insurance Coverage & Adjuster Communication: obtain policy info and maintain notes.
• Demand Package Review: oversee AI-generated drafts and verify accuracy.
• Settlement Negotiation Review: negotiate under attorney supervision.
• Case Coordinator Collaboration: work with coordinators on open claims and records.
• Settlement and Case Handoff: ensure proper closure and transfer to litigation when needed.
• Technology and AI Adoption: follow AI workflows and maintain data accuracy.
