Job summary

Valiente Mott Injury Attorneys in Las Vegas is seeking a Case Manager to guide pre-litigation cases from inception to settlement. You will build trusting relationships with clients and work closely with attorneys and staff to move cases forward.

The ideal candidate has plaintiff personal injury experience, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in plaintiff personal injury preferred.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment.
• Some litigation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-litigation phase from inception to settlement.
• Establish caring relationships with clients and collaborate with attorneys and support team.
• Extensive contact with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties.
• Lead and coordinate a small team across multiple cases.
