TORKLAW invites a motivated Case Coordinator to join our plaintiff personal injury team in Las Vegas. The role focuses on moving cases forward, maintaining thorough files, and delivering exceptional client service under attorney supervision.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of PI experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required; salary starts at $60,000 plus DOE with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Proficient with standard office software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
• Maintain organized case files, records, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurers, medical providers.
• Draft and prepare legal documents and correspondence.
• Gather medical records, bills, and other materials.
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients through claims.
• Handle property damage claims and lien negotiations.
• Monitor progress, deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to move cases to resolution.
• Provide compassionate, professional client service in sensitive situations.
