Job summary

Ekspert Counsel in Miami seeks a highly organized Legal Case Manager to support a busy personal injury team. You will be the liaison between clients, medical providers, and attorneys to move cases from intake to resolution.

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Prior personal injury case management experience preferred.
Pre-litigation experience required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or resolution.
Serve as primary contact for clients with regular updates and guidance.
Work closely with attorneys to support case strategy and development.
Coordinate medical treatment and maintain communication with healthcare providers.
Obtain, review, and organize medical records, billing records, and other supporting documentation.
Assist with the preparation of demand packages and settlement materials.
Maintain accurate and well-organized electronic case files.
Track case milestones, deadlines, and treatment progress to ensure timely case advancement.
Communicate with insurance carriers, clients, medical providers, and other case-related parties.
Deliver exceptional client service while ensuring all case information is current and complete.
