Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Case Manager to join our team. You must be highly organized and able to handle a varied caseload, assisting attorneys in developing settlements, preparing documents, and correspondence.

The ideal candidate is customer focused and empathetic. Responsibilities include daily client contact, obtaining medical records, coordinating with providers and insurance carriers, and maintaining case files from intake to closing under attorney

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (required).
• Prior experience in a personal injury case management or related legal role strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal position or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and follow procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients daily via phone and in person.
• Order medical records and communicate with clients and providers.
• Gather documents to support injury or liability positions.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers.
• Maintain organized case files and prepare demands under attorney supervision.
• Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required.
• Manage case files from intake to closing under attorney direction.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the business.
