Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry duties.
• Gather information and documents from clients and other sources.
• Handle incoming calls and other communication interactions with clients and third parties.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
• Maintain and organize electronic case files.
• Review and verify medical bills, liens, declaration pages, and payment logs.
• Work in a team-centered environment and communicate with teammates about all aspects of the case.
• Manage a high volume of clients with organization and efficiency.
