Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. HIPAA knowledge and prior legal experience are a plus in our fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to manage heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Gather information and documents from clients and other sources.
• Handle incoming calls and other communication with clients and third parties.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
• Maintain and organize electronic case files.
• Review, verify medical bills, liens and related documents from third parties.
• Collaborate with teammates on all aspects of the case.
• Support a high volume of clients with organization and efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
