Ideal candidates have 2+ years in plaintiff personal injury, strong teamwork, and solid office software skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required. Salary starts at $60K DOE, with comprehensive benefits in Irvine, CA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from inception through settlement.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files, records, and documentation.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties.
• Assist with drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence.
• Gather and organize medical records, bills, and case-related materials.
• Coordinate medical treatment and assist clients through the claims process.
• Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to move cases toward resolution.
