The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities, with the ability to manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• HIPAA knowledge or training preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Legal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry duties.
• Gather information and documents from clients and other sources.
• Handle incoming calls and other communication interactions with clients and third parties.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
• Maintain and organize electronic case files.
• Review and verify medical bills, liens, declarations, and payment logs from third parties.
• Collaborate with team and communicate about all aspects of the case.
• Manage a high workload with accuracy and efficiency.
