Job summary

Kanner & Pintaluga is seeking a motivated Case Manager to support our Personal Injury team in Boca Raton, FL. You will handle case management tasks, communicate with clients, review medical records, and assist with demand preparation while delivering exceptional client service.

Applicants should be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable coordinating with insurance companies and medical providers in a busy legal setting.

Qualifications

High school or GED required.
Legal experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organization.

Responsibilities

Efficiently perform the case management procedures.
Collaborate with case managers and Attorneys to resolve personal injury claims.
Communicate with clients regarding Doctor’s appointments and collect required documents.
Coordinate with Insurance companies and adjusters to provide necessary files.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
