Job summary

You will coordinate medical treatment, manage documentation, and communicate with insurers and healthcare providers while keeping attorneys updated on progress and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience as a Case Manager or Insurance Adjuster.
• Experience handling pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through settlement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates throughout the claims process.
• Coordinate medical treatment and communicate with healthcare providers.
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare and assist with demand packages.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties as needed.
• Keep attorneys informed of case progress and assist with case strategy when appropriate.
• Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
