Qualifications

• Experience in a financial services environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales orientation.
• Ability to identify member needs and present suitable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interview members in person and by phone to identify needs and cross-sell services.
• Counsel members on money management and lending options.
• Process new accounts and explain ownership options and documentation.
• Maintain and grow member relationships through proactive account management.
• Support e-statement enrollment and electronic services setup.
• Keep up to date with policy changes and industry trends.
