Job summary
THERAPY 2000 is a mission-driven provider of pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy serving Texas families in home-based settings. We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy tailored to each child, coordinating with caregivers and the medical team to support growth and independence.

Qualifications
- Active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
- Flexible to adapt resources/priorities per business needs.
- Comfort using common workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
- Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
- Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
- Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
- Meet weekly minimum patient visits as required by the agency.
- Complete chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs in a timely manner.
- Engage with agency personnel to ensure understood expectations and quality standards.
- Comply with agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
