The Therapy 2000 team in Texas is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric therapy in children’s homes. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy with family collaboration, scheduling visits across the service area.

You’ll work as part of a mission-driven team, coordinating with physicians and other clinicians, maintaining chart accuracy, and meeting program standards. A flexible, dependable clinician with a TX license and pediatric interest will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Texas license to practice Speech Language Pathology must be current/active.
• Pediatric experience and reliability are valued.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.

• Coordinate care with other providers in the patient's medical neighborhood.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visit requirements and complete chart updates.
