Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric services in Texas families in their homes. You will evaluate, plan, and implement therapy programs, collaborating with caregivers and medical teams to support each child’s growth and needs.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, coordinating with other providers, and meeting agency standards. The role emphasizes compassionate care, reliability, and adaptability in a home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit and reliable track record.
• Flexibility to shift resources/priorities as needed by the business.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, browser).
• Bonus points for pediatric home-health experience and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Coordinate care with other providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and logs.
• Collaborate with agency personnel to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethics, and applicable laws for pediatric home-health.
