THERAPY 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric speech therapy in home health settings across Texas. You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and healthcare teams to help children reach their communication goals.

• Active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.

• Proficiency with common workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum patient visits and keep timely chart updates.
• Complete required paperwork and communicate expectations with staff.
