Therapy 2000 is a mission-driven team providing home-based pediatric Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy in Texas. We are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and deliver therapy for children in home settings, coordinating closely with caregivers and healthcare providers.

Ideal candidates hold a current Texas SLP license, are reliable and flexible, and can work with technology to manage patient records and communication.

Qualifications

• Current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.
• Flexibility to shift priorities as necessary, based on business needs.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).
• Bonus points for: 3+ years as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, Home-health experience, Feeding therapy certifications (VitalStim, SOFFI, SOS, etc.), Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with patients' caregivers.
• Collaborate with providers to coordinate care across disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, and call logs.
• Attend meetings to ensure understanding of expectations and high-quality care.
• Comply with agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Adhere to ethics and guidelines for home-health pediatric SLP.
