THERAPY 2000 is a mission-driven home-health pediatric therapy provider in Texas seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat children in home settings, develop individualized therapy plans with families, and collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit and reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed by the business.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Complete patient chart updates, progress summaries, and logs on time.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and high-quality patient care standards.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and relevant laws for pediatric home-health speech pathology.
