THERAPY 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy throughout Texas. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and develop caregiver-friendly home exercise programs in collaboration with families and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with a history of reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities based on business needs.
• Ability to use common workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum weekly patient visits as required by the agency.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, and logs timely.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and high-quality patient care standards.
• Follow agency policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
