Job summary

Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide pediatric home-based therapy across Texas. You will assess, diagnose, and design individualized treatment plans, coordinating with families and care teams to support each child’s growth and goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration, clinical excellence, and compassionate care in a home-health setting. Experience in pediatrics and ability to work independently are valued.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.

• Comfort using common workplace tech (laptop, phone, email, browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Meet minimum patient visits weekly as required.
• Complete chart updates, progress summaries, and logs on time.
• Engage with agency personnel to maintain care standards.
• Follow agency policies and applicable laws in home-health pediatric SLP.
