Therapy 2000 is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based pediatric therapy across Texas. You will evaluate patients, create and implement treatment plans, and coordinate care with families and providers in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the child and family while utilizing technology for documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Current active license to practice Speech Language Pathology in Texas.
• Innovative spirit with reliability.
• Flexibility to shift resources and priorities as needed by the business.
• Ability to use common workplace technology (laptop, phone, email, web browser).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations using standardized tests to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs with caregivers.
• Collaborate with other providers to coordinate care.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits weekly as required.
• Meet deadlines for chart updates, progress summaries, logs and paperwork.
• Maintain understanding of expectations and standards for high-quality patient care.
• Adhere to agency policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
