Job summary

Tandy Therapy LLC in Post Falls, ID is seeking a Bilingual Client Coordinator to join our pediatric therapy team. Qualifications

• Bilingual and able to communicate in English and another language.
• Warm, professional, and organized person with strong people skills.
• Healthcare/medical front-desk experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet families warmly and manage front-desk interactions.
• Coordinate scheduling and appointments across clinicians.
• Explain clinic processes and paperwork to families.
• Communicate with families in English and another language.
• Assist with new client intake and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate client information and records.
• Coordinate communication between families, therapists, and staff.
• Support billing and authorization-related administrative tasks.
