You will handle weekly and bi-weekly cycles, data entry, adjustments, and reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and law compliance. The role requires strong Workday Payroll skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to communicate clearly in English and French when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in payroll or accounting.
• 3+ years of related payroll experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll end-to-end with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal controls.
• Collaborate with HR, finance and other teams on payroll data.
• Provide payroll reports and respond to inquiries from managers and employees.
• Support continuous improvements in payroll processes.
