Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to manage the accurate and timely processing of payroll for 1,000+ employees across multi-state operations.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and support a growing workforce in a people-first culture. Key responsibilities include planning payroll cycles, processing semi-monthly payroll in iSolved, reconciling deductions and benefits, and responding to employee inquiries while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
• Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with payroll systems, preferably iSolved.
• CPP certification or progress toward CPP preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Plan the payroll process according to the established payroll calendar and operational requirements.
• Review payroll changes and updates that will impact each pay period, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, deductions, benefits, and absences.
• Identify federal, state, and local requirements that may impact the payroll process.
• Coordinate the information and documentation required for each payroll cycle.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and reduce processing time.
• Process semi-monthly payroll in iSolved, entering and processing the corresponding payroll changes.
• Coordinate with HR Representatives and department leaders to validate and process payroll information.
• Review and process payments, deductions, benefits, and other payroll components.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payments, deductions, and other payroll matters.
• Maintain updated payroll records and files.
