Falcon Farms Inc. in the United States is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team on-site. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across states, in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements, using iSolved.

The role collaborates with HR and department leaders to validate data, manage deductions, benefits, and payments, and answer employee inquiries while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience.
• Experience with payroll for 500+ employees.
• Multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with payroll systems, preferably iSolved.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• CPP certification or progress toward CPP preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Plan and process semi-monthly payroll in iSolved.
• Coordinate with HR and leaders to validate payroll data.
• Process payments, deductions, benefits, and payroll components.
• Respond to employee inquiries about payments and deductions.
• Maintain updated payroll records and files.
• Ensure confidentiality of payroll information.
• Ensure compliance with payroll deadlines and regulations.
