Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience processing payroll for 200+ employees; 500+ preferred.
• Benefits administration and reconciliation experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for ~500 employees (hourly and salaried).
• Maintain payroll data integrity and timely processing in Paylocity.
• Perform monthly benefits reconciliation and liaise with insurers.
• Resolve benefit discrepancies; ensure enrollment, deductions, credits.
• Maintain employee records and payroll-related docs.
• Support workers' compensation administration and compliance tracking.
• Utilize Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP for reporting and data analysis.
• Assist process improvements to boost payroll accuracy and experience.
