Beyer Group - Storm Water Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator & HR Supervisor to join our Human Resources team. This full-time role supports payroll processing, employee records management, onboarding documentation, and general HR operations while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and customer-focused, with experience in payroll and HRIS systems, and the ability to supervise

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll, human resources, or administrative support.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing including pay cards, direct deposits, pay stubs, PTO, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty.
• Support payroll-related requests and employee inquiries.
• Maintain and enter new employee records and personnel files in our system.
• Process new hire and termination in the payroll system.
• Assist employees with account access issues and password resets.
• Maintain job inventory records and administrative tracking logs.
• Supervise day-to-day HR administrative tasks and special projects.
• Provide professional HR/payroll support to employees.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
