Job summary

ISMERELY USA LLC in Irving, TX seeks a payroll/accounting administrator to keep biweekly payroll precise and on time while handling day-to-day accounting and basic HR tasks.

You will work closely with the CFO, manage deadlines, and support payroll tax filings, W-2s, audits, and HR questions. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong Excel, QuickBooks, and ADP experience to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll, accounting, or HR administration.
• Direct experience running payroll in ADP RUN or ADP Workforce Now is required.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks and basic U.S. accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and Power Automate are a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with strong organizational skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Run biweekly payroll accurately and on time using ADP.
• Review hours, pay rates, deductions, taxes, and changes before payroll.
• Handle payroll updates for new hires, terminations, and changes.
• Reconcile payroll reports to the general ledger and fix discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records and support payroll tax filings and W-2s.
• Answer employee payroll questions and protect confidentiality.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee benefit enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Assist employees with general HR, benefits, and payroll questions.
• Handle accounts payable/receivable, journal entries, and routine bookkeeping in QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank, credit card, payroll, and GL accounts.
• Help with month-end/year-end close, reports, schedules, and audit requests.
• Research and correct accounting differences.
