Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish — written and spoken
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills

Responsibilities

• Enter and verify payroll hours for field crews and office staff
• Review and reconcile timecards, resolving discrepancies with field supervisors
• Process regular, overtime, and special pay calculations
• Maintain audit-ready payroll records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal and state wage/hour requirements
• Support payroll reporting and related HR processes
• Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and pay changes
