Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Support Rep - Patient Customer Service within the Revenue Cycle Management Division to join our team. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 11am to 8pm (EST), 10am to 7pm (CST), 9am to 6pm (MST) and 8am to 5pm (PST).

2nd shift differential for EST residents. The role involves handling 80+ inbound calls daily in English and Spanish, initiating payment plans for outstanding balances, and resolving inquiries using multiple resources.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• 1 year or more customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's office and/or private insurance carriers in English and Spanish.
• Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances.
• Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintain performance goals
• Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program.
