Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: 1–2 years of customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with patient access: scheduling, registration, insurance verification.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients and verify accurate data (PCP, address, insurance) in the EMR.
• Complete registration and close-out documentation.
• Schedule patient appointments for medical/dental sites.
• Coordinate with Center Manager to correct denied claims and reduce errors.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist team and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and effective communication.
