Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is REQUIRED.
• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience.
• Previous experience verifying patient insurance information.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a friendly, professional manner and collect or verify demographics, insurance, and payments.
• Verify patient insurance information and collect copayments or other required payments.
• Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately; maintain cash till and daily logs.
• Assist with medical records, filing, mail, faxing, copying, and scanning.
• Support marketing outreach and community relations activities and events.
