Norton Healthcare's Norton Pulmonary Specialists in Louisville, KY is seeking a Receptionist to act as the liaison between physicians and patients. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, collect registration and insurance data, and route messages while greeting patients and families.

No experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training. Spanish speaking ability is a plus, and a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to speak Spanish is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Answer the telephone and determine the nature of calls.
• Schedule appointments and pull charts for messages.
• Greet patients and family members and obtain registration and insurance data.
• Update billing system and facilitate patient flow into the practice.
• May handle charge entry, referrals and pre-certifications, and scheduling of tests.
