Job summary

You will assist with enrollment in applicable plans and collect co-pays while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced clinic environment. Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma or GED, and training in medical or administrative fields.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with front-desk or medical office workflows is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and confirm appointments; verify demographics and insurance.
• Answer calls promptly with scripted responses; protect confidentiality.
• Review schedules for accurate demographics and insurance verification.
• Collect co-pays and balance receipts by shift end.
• Notify staff of patient arrivals and manage cancellations.
• Resolve insurance issues to ensure coverage for services.
