Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Excellent typing skills and friendly telephone etiquette.
• Preferred: clerical experience, call center, appointment scheduling, MS Office, medical terminology, Spanish bilingual.

Responsibilities

• High volume appointment scheduling and phone calls.
• Schedule appointments following protocols.
• Obtain, verify and input all information into scheduling system.
• Conduct insurance verification.
• Provide customer service to patients.
• Demonstrate courteous and professional behavior with patients.
• Resolve patient inquiries or elevate for solution.
• Route calls to proper departments.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
