Qualifications

• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a high-volume call center.
• Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment and typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients in the computer system with demographics, insurance info and referral source; update information from prior visits as needed.
• Handle all scheduling requests according to physician and authorization protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
