This hybrid role begins with on-site work at the hospital after six months, with remote work options as appropriate.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1 year of experience in a Contact Center or similar role.
• Some knowledge of medical terminology or healthcare operations desired.
• Excellent communications skills and proficiency with office automation tools.

Responsabilités

• CALL FLOW - follow prescribed call flow for routine scheduling.
• PATIENT INTERACTIONS - maintain proper etiquette when handling calls.
• PATIENT EXPERIENCE - apply empathy and professional service.
• SCHEDULING EXPERTISE - use scheduling systems to book appointments accurately.
• PROCESS COMPLIANCE - adhere to workflow processes and document notes.
• APPOINTMENT ACCURACY - arrange appointments with appropriate physicians.
