Job summary

IBI Clinic in Hudson, FL is seeking a Bilingual Clinical Receptionist to join a fast-growing ambulatory surgery center. You will manage patient intake, scheduling, and telehealth appointments in English and Spanish, ensuring a smooth patient journey.

The role requires strong communication, EMR proficiency, and the ability to work across Tampa and Hudson locations with travel between sites. Aesthetics/injury experience is a plus and social media involvement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients, physicians and staff.
• Experience with EMR and patient scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care through effective communication in English and Spanish.
• Manage telehealth appointments and clinic systems.
• Assist patients with inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups while promoting services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle medical administrative tasks.
• Able to perform blood draws and other clinical tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Engage in Social Media and Marketing content creation.
