IBI Clinic Institute is seeking a Bilingual Patient Coordinator to join our team on a PRN basis in Tampa, FL and Hudson, FL. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, managing telehealth appointments, and maintaining smooth clinic operations in English and Spanish.

Ideal candidates will have Aesthetics/Personal Injury exposure, strong sales skills, EMR proficiency, and the ability to triple-task across scheduling, billing, and patient follow-ups while ensuring a flawless patient

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for patient interaction.
• Experience with EMR and patient scheduling systems required.
• Strong communication and sales-oriented mindset desired.
• Ability to triage issues and support telemedicine operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide bilingual patient coordination and support in English and Spanish.
• Manage telehealth appointments and clinic systems.
• Assist patients with inquiries, scheduling, and follow-ups, upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle medical administrative tasks.
