You’ll lead referrals to specialty care, manage HIPAA‑compliant records in Athena EHR, track lab orders, and support front‑office operations during busy periods

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Background in healthcare, care coordination, patient navigation, or medical records preferred.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records; Athena experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Care Coordination & Patient Navigation: lead referral workflows for specialty care, assist scheduling, track queues.
• Medical Records & Health Information: manage HIPAA requests and prepare records in Athena EHR.
• Lab & Diagnostic Coordination: track and schedule lab/diagnostic orders.
• Operational Cross-Coverage: support front-office workflows during high-volume periods.
• Mentorship & Workflow Growth: train interns/volunteers and contribute to quality improvement.
