Experience in healthcare administration, patient registration, eligibility, scheduling, or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

Guide new and returning patients through eligibility, registration, and renewals in Athena EHR.
Manage appointment scheduling, waitlists, reminders, and cancellations.
Greet patients, answer phones, and handle front-office communications.
Cross-train in basic medical records and referral workflows to support team during peak times.
Support volunteers and staff with process improvements and workflow updates.
