You will support physicians, nurses, and patients with clear communication and accurate data entry.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in Pharmacy Technician or Call Center experience, with bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, including processing and upkeep of pharmacy orders and inquiries.
• Maintain patient census and contact patients regarding medication and order status.
• Gather patients' clinical data and correct information in appropriate databases.
• Provide support to physicians, nurses, and patients in a clear and articulate manner.
