IBI Clinic in Tampa, FL is seeking a Bilingual Patient Coordinator on a PRN basis to deliver exceptional patient care and coordinate scheduling, billing, and follow-ups. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capability and strong communication with physicians and staff.

The ideal candidate will manage telehealth, assist with patient inquiries, and help promote services through social media content, while maintaining accurate records and providing efficient administrative support.

Qualifications

• Aesthetics/Personal Injury experience (preferred).
• Social Media Savvy - ability to capture and create social content to drive traffic and bring patients in.
• Bilingual preferred - English and Spanish fluency a plus.
• Exceptional communication with physicians, staff and patients.
• Problem-solving and decision-making to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• EMR proficiency with patient scheduling systems.
• Technical skills to learn telemedicine systems and provide basic support.
• Administrative excellence in patient intake, scheduling, billing and follow-ups.
• Attention to detail in updating bookings and payments and completing prerequisite steps.
• Strong sales skills to upsell services.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care through clear bilingual communication.
