Job summary

PathAI is seeking a motivated Bilingual Patient Support Advocate in Memphis to assist patients and clients with laboratory billing across multiple channels. You’ll document calls, input insurance data, and help resolve balances by coordinating payments in line with PathAI guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in a high-volume call center, fluent Spanish and English, and strong communication skills, plus a background in healthcare collections or medical offices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• 1+ years in a call center and/or healthcare collections role.
• 1+ years in a high-volume call center preferred.
• Previous medical office experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support patient and client billing inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, website).
• Answer calls related to healthcare billing from patients, clients and insurers.
• Document all calls and correspondence for the RCM department.
• Input patient insurance and file claims electronically or manually.
• Resolve balances by arranging payment plans or processing payments.
• Meet daily production, quality, and attendance goals.
• Handle requests via PathAI website, email, and chat.
• Follow PathAI RCM processes for intake, billing, rejections, postings, and refunds.
• Comply with security and privacy policies.
