Lifedoc Health is seeking a Bilingual Revenue Cycle & Membership Specialist to join our Memphis office in a full-time, in-person role. The position focuses on maximizing revenue through claims processing, patient collections, and membership management.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English, have 3+ years in medical billing or revenue cycle work, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Join a clinic-driven organization focused on accessible, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of medical billing, collections, or revenue cycle experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English; reading, writing, and speaking fluently in both languages.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience with medical claims processing, payment posting, insurance follow-up, and patient collections.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact patients and insurance companies to collect overdue balances and resolve unpaid claims.
• Follow up on commercial, HMO, PPO, Medicare, Medicaid, Vida Plus and Vida Plus Premier claims until resolution.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits, and resolve unpaid claims as needed.
• Submit, monitor, and follow up on insurance claims for timely reimbursement.
• Investigate and resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
• Prepare and submit claim reconsiderations, corrected claims, and appeals as needed.
• Post patient and insurance payments and reconcile discrepancies.
• Support and promote the Vida Plus program with clients and contracts.
