• Assist with Check-in and Registration.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Track waiting times and report backlog to management.
• Maintain records and KPIs related to check-in, registration, and check-out.
• Perform clerical tasks as needed.
• Utilize hospital computer system per policy.
