Prime Health Services is seeking a Patient Access Coordinator to serve as a primary contact for patients within the California Medical Provider Network. You will help injured workers locate physicians, schedule appointments, coordinate communication, and ensure seamless access to care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of healthcare customer service experience.
• Associate degree in Business or related field with 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Locate and confirm participating MPN providers for Workers’ Compensation patients.
• Schedule physician appointments and manage required paperwork.
• Respond to calls, faxes, and messages within 24 hours.
• Coordinate communication with the Director of Customer Relations.
• Update provider demographics and notify when providers no longer accept patients.
