National Spine & Pain Centers is seeking a Full-Time Patient Service Coordinator for our Lake Mary office. Hours are 7:00am-4:00pm; bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities include patient check-in/check-out, entering demographics/insurance into EMR, collecting copays, and coordinating authorizations. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of administrative medical office experience, EMR experience, and a background in Pain Management or

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of administrative medical office experience.
• Experience with EMR systems required.
• Experience in Pain Management, Regenerative Medicine, or Orthopedics preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/out patients; collect copays and balances.
• Update demographics and insurance in EMR; coordinate authorizations.
• Prepare charts for appointments and handle medical records requests.
