Swissport is seeking a Passenger Service Agent at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport to provide passenger services, reservations, ticketing, baggage processing, and check-in support.

The role offers $21.50 per hour, part-time with opportunity to move to full-time, requires bilingual proficiency in English and another language such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Japanese, or Vietnamese, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Enhanced ID to receive airport badge at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.
• Passion for customer service and relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in country language.
• Additional languages desirable.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Attentive to detail and numerate.
• Able to follow processes and learn airline software.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule passengers affected by interruptions.
• Manage baggage processing including fee calculation.
• Assist passengers through arrival and check-in, including special needs support.
• Direct passengers through customs and immigration as required.
• Make public address announcements.
• Assist Ramp Service to handle wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags.
• Comply with security requirements and Swissport SOPs.
• Operate jet way and reservation/ticketing software.
• Produce required work-related documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.
