Swissport Miami is seeking a Passenger Service Agent to deliver passenger and customer services, including reservations, ticketing, baggage handling, terminal/check-in, jetway operations, and VIP support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify passenger documentation.
• Issue boarding passes and reschedule affected passengers.
• Process passenger baggage and calculate related fees if applicable.
• Assist passengers through check-in and boarding, including special needs.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine as required.
• Make public address announcements and support Ramp Service as needed.
• Comply with security policies and use airline reservation software.
• Produce required work-related documentation.
